Eternal Sun Spots

Thanks for visiting Eternal Sunspots, the website for the Australasian perspective on global issues. The website is new, so please tell your friends. It has just sold its soul to the devil for an as-yet undefined sum by joining Twitter.

Sorry for the lack of recent posts while I've had internet and time issues. I will try to keep up with the two articles per week that I've promised. My most recent articles are a further one about Israel's apparent disregard for the international community and one about a recent issue in New Zealand in which a Sikh wasn't allowed to wear his turban in a dining area.

Previously I wrote about the Oscars, differences between Israel and Turkey and, finally, a politician acting honourably.

Before that was a piece about thinking for yourself, which is probably as close as I'm going to get to writing a summary of the ideas behind this site. I also think that Australia's compulsory voting is bad enough, and plans to impede on people's privacy to enforce it is reprehensible.

I'm planning on adding two articles each week (normally one over the weekend and one during the week). At the bottom of each article, links to related articles will be progressively added. To find out more about me and the articles, go to the About page.
